Employment Opportunity – Full Time Position

The Toronto Right to Life Association is a pro-life, educational charity dedicated to upholding the right to life of all human beings from fertilization to natural death. We are seeking a full-time Project and Admin Coordinator who has a passion for the pro-life cause, and with excellent organization, time management and communication skills. Some weekend or evening work may occasionally be required.

The Project and Admin Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to managing the organization’s educational projects and day-to-day operations.

  • Event Planning and Outreach: Assist in planning and running the organization’s educational projects, such as presentations, conferences, outreach, and special events.
  • Fundraising and Donor Relations: Help manage donor relations, which includes processing donations, sending thank you cards and tax receipts, and help run fundraising initiatives.
  • Communications: Assist in managing the organization’s social media accounts, and preparing weekly email updates.
  • Admin: Respond to phone and email inquiries, update database and records, prepare reports for meetings, greet office visitors, regular office upkeep, etc.
